For vacationers good address, location, breakfast, rooms, service - everything was good.
Ultra small desk, in a dark corner behind the window. Not recommended for business travelers.

Friendly staff. Room was spacious
Arrived by rental car. Couldn't park the car directly in front of the hotel, because unfortunately everything was already occupied and you blocked a street everywhere else. Had rented the hotel's own garage, but it was unfortunately very tight. The hotel offered us a super cheaper alternative (Parking Bathalan), was only a minute away.

No complaints.

It was rebuilt and the breakfast room and bar were obviously a temporary solution, but it was still ok.

Really good facilities and well priced and savoury breakfast with fabulous croissants and fresh orange juice and cheeses. Unbeatable and marvellous location extremely close to Praca da Batalha...

The location is excellent right in the centre and in a walking distance to most of the sights. The room was a bit small but comfortable and the bathroom had a window with a nice view of the city. Breakfast was excellent and in my opinion is worth the 9€ they charge. We made a reservation to use the hotel parking and it worked out fine.

We liked the efficiency and courtesy of the staff and the central location to the fine city of porto and its tourist and business centres.
we felt the lounge lacked upright seating and areas for a quiet personal conversation or reading area

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We loved the breakfast with a fantastic selection of hot and cold items. Scrumptious sweets. It's a must-try! Parking was just a few meters away, super convenient.

Location was ok for our needs, however the staff is poorly training, and a lot of complaining taking place at the desk
Extremely expensive for the service and quality of the room

Very nice rooms and a good location, very good value for money (we booked 3 months in advance though, so we were given a very good rate). Nice bar on the top floor of the hotel. Clean, friendly staff and parking very close and safe.
